A Day in the Life of a Male Escort

A Day in the Life of a Male Escort

If you met me in the street, you wouldn’t take a second look. I enjoy playing Fifa with the lads, and a pint every Friday after work. Oh, and I am also a male escort. Everyone in my family just thinks I was recently promoted at accountant. That was the only way I could explain the new car and mortgage.

I come from a middle-class Catholic household. It would be difficult to explain why I made the decision to become a male escort. They wouldn’t believe that there is no pressure to have sex with clients. Women desire different things from an encounter than men. Generally speaking, when a man hires a female escort, sex is expected. On the other hand, my clients desire companionship. One client said, “I want the full attention of a man without the drama of a relationship.” They know that I won’t pester them with phone calls after the booking or get too emotionally involved.

I wake up at 6 am and get ready for the day. By 7 am I am out the door and on my way to work. By 8 am I am at my desk, and get ready to work as a management accountant. My subordinates respect me and hold strong views about family and relationships. I am under a lot of pressure to deliver results, and each day is a tsunami of stress. My work day is supposed to end at 5 pm, but I am never out by that time. I stay till 6 pm to finish up and plan for the next day.

The agency calls while I walk to the car park. A client likes my profile and would like to book me for between 8 pm and 11 pm. She would like me to dress in smart clothing and wear a bow tie. The meeting point is in a nearby city, and it would take me about an hour and a half to get there. I know that the agency can call me at any time; therefore, I plan for these type of situations. I always have a suitcase in my boot filled with outfits, toiletries, shoes and accessories. I grab what I need and head back to the office in order to change in the toilet. The cleaner spots me as I walk out of the toilet and asks why I am dressed so smartly. I mention that I have a date. He winks and wishes me luck.

I arrive 15 minutes early to a plush restaurant picked by the client. She arrives at exactly 8 pm. Specks of white adorn her hair, and I would guess her age to be around 50. I am amazed by her politeness. She informs me that her husband passed away 2 years ago and she is trying to get back into the dating scene. After some thought, she decided to “try out” some escorts to ease her in. We discuss the luxurious holidays she has had around the world and the challenges of taking over her husband’s businesses. After dinner, she decides to have a walk along the river Thames. There is some hand-holding, but nothing that can be described as sexual. With perfect timing, we reach the end of the path and a white Rolls Royce pulls up. The driver gets out to open the passenger door. She thanks me for a “delightful” evening and kisses me on the cheek.

And that is how most of my bookings go- like a regular date without sex at the end. I got paid £600 for this appointment, and this is almost 3 times what I make in a day as a management accountant. Escorting has been a big boost to my income and has enabled me to go on several trips, and put down a big down payment on a mortgage.

Being an escort isn’t easy. I am lucky enough to work for a highly professional escort agency. As a result, I am not required to have sex with clients. The money is good, but some people don’t have the traits to become an escort. Firstly, you need to be well groomed and have a sense of style. I am always prepared for a booking. I invest money into clothing so that I look my best. Secondly, you need to know how to read women. For instance, some women like to talk a lot and want to be listened to. On the other hand, some clients like the man to take the lead. Therefore, you will need to know how to lead interesting conversations. Lastly, clients are paying a premium for companionship. Much of my money comes from repeat bookings. No matter how tired or stressed you are, you need to switch that off and give clients an amazing experience.

To conclude, hope you found this behind-the-scenes look interesting and now have an awareness that it’s not quite as sleazy as you may have initially thought!
